Developer / designer / builder

I build tools that earn their place.

I work auto glass during the day. After hours I write software and design brands for problems I actually run into.

Background

Self-taught. I do not have a CS degree. I have shipped work.

Trade

Auto glass is the day job. I build for shops and crews I know.

Design

A mark has to work on a truck door and at 16 pixels.

Method

I use AI as a collaborator while I build.

Working principle

I start because I need it to work. Then I keep going until other people need it too.

Selected work

Work that started on the shop floor.

Two pieces here. The rest is under Work.

GlassFlow

A multi-tenant operations platform, rebuilt from the shop CRM I use at work.

Portrait of Daniel

My name's Daniel Anderson. I use AI as a collaborator when I build.

By day I am an auto glass technician. I taught myself to ship software and to design identity systems for businesses I actually know.

Most of the software starts with a messy workflow and ends as something people open every day. Buchanan CRM is one I built on my own for the shop I work at. GlassFlow is the multi-tenant rewrite I am scaling now.

Design gets the same test. White Oak Renovations is a brand system and a website: a leaf that still reads at 16 pixels, and a site that talks in the same voice as the truck door.
